IT TAKES A LOT OF WORK AND TIME TO BUILD A POWERFUL BRAND!

You don’t build a powerful brand in a day, in a month or even in a year! Building a powerful brand, one that can be easily distinguished from the thousands of other brands out there, takes time. If you are in this for the short-term, you will terribly be disappointed! It is going to take a good amount of time for your brand to become powerful — and that is even only going to happen if you put in the work! In other words, no matter how long you wait, if you are not ready to put in the work, you will never build a powerful brand.

Look, I feel pressed to tell you that building a powerful brand takes a whole lot of work, effort, commitment, resources, consistency and persistence! But for those who persevere through all of that, the reward is a well-known brand organically bringing in lots of sales and generating lots of cash!

I once read of a cigarette company in USA that wanted to change the public perception of their company and increase their sales tremendously. They hired a marketing agency to help them do the job. It costs them probably hundreds of thousands of dollars that first year. But they didn’t see any increase in sales. Nothing happened! Now, instead of the CEO to become angry, he told the agency to keep running with what they had done. They kept on showing that picture to the public year after year, and the magic began to happen. Within ten years, the public perception of their business remarkably changed and their sales went up through the roof.

What their CEO understood and implemented was that it takes a long period of time to build a powerful brand. And you know, the amount of money your business generates is directly proportional to the strength of your brand. So increasing the power of your brand dramatically increases the amount of sales that your business makes.

In summary, building a powerful brand takes a lot of work and a lot of time to achieve.
